Creative practicality. Shauntae graduated from Drury University in 2016 with a Master’s in Architecture. She also minored in Fine Arts, which explains the patience that pairs with her talent for crocheting. Shauntae calls a lot of places home, but moved to Springfield from Nashville to attend college. When she’s not drawing or going to trivia night, she’s probably reading something from her extensive book collection (seriously, it’s big). She’s also our resident movie critic, in case you need the lowdown on any new releases or advice on the proper Marvel viewing order.
Shauntae has worked on a wide variety of projects at hdesigngroup, but particularly enjoys working on residential spaces. She became interested in architecture because she wanted to design her dream home and be able to live in an old, refurbished library (did we mention she likes books?). Shauntae enjoys hdesigngroup’s studio-like culture that allows us to turn to anyone in the office for design advice or problem-solving.
