Dedicated experience. Matt has been with hdesigngroup since 2004, becoming an Associate (and a fully licensed architect) in 2013 and a Principal in 2024. He’s gained extensive experience with project development and management from design all the way through construction. Architecture keeps him on his toes, and he strives to stay on top of the latest trends and practices in the industry. He’s traveled to 10 different countries, so he’s had the opportunity to observe architecture around the world.
Matt graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s in Architecture and Urban Design, so when he’s not in the office, he can usually be found rooting for the Jayhawks. He also coaches his son’s soccer and baseball teams, enjoys working on projects around the house with his wife, and loves to play golf.
