Determined Problem-Solving. Kaleb is a Missouri native but came down to the Ozarks Region to attend college at both Missouri S&T and Drury. He was drawn to the fields of architecture and engineering by a lifelong love of mathematics, early exposure to the construction industry, and some very patient mentors who answered all his questions along the way. He brought several years of experience with him when he joined the hdesigngroup team in early 2023 and dove right in.
Kaleb enjoys problem solving and new challenges, so he’s excited by our office culture that encourages continued learning and professional growth. When not in the office, Kaleb likes being out and about in the Springfield area as it affords him the opportunity to see our projects grow around us and impact the local community as well as the chance to go hiking with his dog. He’s also a sports fan…and we do our best not to hold his Packers fandom against him here in Chiefs Kingdom.
