The Table
Springfield, Missouri
This sophisticated dining and retail destination breathes new life into the historic Springfield Flour Mill site near National Avenue and Chestnut Expressway. It features a newly constructed two-story building seamlessly connected to the iconic 13-story grain silos, preserving a recognizable piece of the city’s skyline while transforming the 31,000-square-foot property into a luxurious communal hub.
The restaurant’s upscale casual-dining interior is characterized by marble tabletops, chandeliers, wood paneling, and a central fire pit. Bridging the project’s industrial past with a modern, welcoming aesthetic, The Table marks the first phase of a long-term vision to restore and integrate the historic silos into the downtown cityscape.
