The Monroe University Housing at Missouri State University is a living-learning facility that was built for the United Ministries Group in conjunction with Missouri State University. Multiple access points provide excellent connectivity to the campus and surrounding area. The simplified, modern facade is designed to appeal to the younger demographics of the university while complementing the existing architecture of the campus.

This project applies such LEED concepts as sustainable construction materials and highly efficient HVAC, lighting, and window systems, and will serve as a precedent for future development within Missouri State University.
