Situated on a five-acre site in south Springfield, Missouri, Fremont Luxury Retirement Community is the first of its kind, created by hdesigngroup with a distinctive architectural style that provides a warm, inviting atmosphere for active residents 55 and over.

The project consists of a three-story Senior Lodge apartment building as the main attraction, with townhouse structures known as the Villas at the perimeters of the development. In 2012, assisted-living and memory-care facilities were added to the property.

Amenities for the residents include a central library, meeting rooms, fitness area, hair salon, outdoor exercise stations, and indoor and outdoor gathering areas to promote community interaction.
