The heated resort-style pool with sun deck, 1,200-square-foot fitness center, and outdoor grilling and fire-pit areas lead the long list of impressive community amenities. 

As design consultant and owner’s representative, perspectives helped maintain direction for the efforts of the owner, architect, and general contractor. Our services included visualizing units and living spaces, selecting and coordinating furniture, designing amenities, managing vendors and construction, and handling administration for the project.
