For this property located directly next to the Razorback Greenway Trail, developers asked the perspectives team to provide a concept for a multi-family design with various housing options and integrated community amenities. We responded with a vision for a welcoming residential complex that would also serve as a “pit stop” for passing cyclists, with a bike-washing station, cycling-related retail, and a place to relax and grab coffee. Riding paths and sidewalks would connect the amenity spaces and give convenient access back to the trail. 

The design explored several unit types including townhome, three-story with garage, and four-story options. Residents could also access a gym, pool, tennis court, and dog parks to further cultivate their active lifestyle.
