As a flourishing congregation on a mission to provide “safe places” for people to find and practice their faith, North Point has grown into four meeting places in Springfield and nearby communities. The Nixa location, which had originally been designed as a shopping center, will now become its own purpose-built campus at North Main Street and East Tracker Road. With the new structure, the church aims to help meet the challenges posed by its continuing growth.
At more than twice the capacity of their former space, the new pre-engineered building will seat as many as 600 people, with special emphasis on an expanded area designed to accommodate a thriving children’s program, along with custom audiovisual, lighting, and acoustics systems.
