Although this project was based on a limited budget, we wanted to provide it with a theme that could stand the test of time. The pre-manufactured metal building was covered with classic materials and details such as brick, masonry medallions, metal banding, and decorative light fixtures. The overall composition—inviting materials, awnings, signage, and rudimentary colors—was carried throughout the building to give it a very residential feel, ideally suited for selling furniture.
