A new design theme and direction in the multi-housing market is the intent of creating the ‘Big House’ image. In an effort to provide a single, comprehensive, and appealing facade, this design concept gives the appearance of a single dwelling contained under one roof, instead of multiple units with clusters of dwellings that can be seen in typical developments.
Due to this particular project’s locale in a well-established residential neighborhood, the ‘Big House’ concept minimized the traditional style of “apartment” building by creating a development that complements and responds to the scale and context of
The 4-acre Martin-Riley development is the first of its kind. There are a total of five structures that will host a total of 58 units, and while they differ in appearance, all are similar in unity through materials and scale. The clubhouse and pool amenities tie the development together and complement the architectural tone of the development.
