Eko Park is a 114-unit apartment complex in Springfield, MO, designed to serve and attract residents of southwest Springfield, Center City, and Downtown. This development is the first apartment complex in Springfield to be designed with sustainable strategies by utilizing many of the construction materials and design features of LEED guidelines: Paints with no VOC’s, high efficiency mechanical systems, renewable construction materials, low usage plumbing fixtures, drought resistant landscaping indigenous to the area, motion sensor lighting, etc.
