Murphy Tractor is one of America’s largest John Deere distributors regarding construction equipment. This facility, located in Springfield, MO, is approximately 25,200 sq. ft. and accommodates administrative support and a large service area that encompasses eight working bays, a wash bay, and a drive thru service lane the length of the entire facility.

Because of Murphy Tractor’s business being industrial in nature, this pre-engineered structure is broken up into two distinct areas by allowing an inverted panel façade look with an exposed column structure to help prevent the monotony of a standard metal building structure. To keep in harmony with the façade, the main entrance is cantilevered to be an extension of the main structure. The positioning of the display pad showcasing construction equipment adds final touches and unifies the project in its entirety.
