This 16,000 sq. ft. structure has a two story main lobby with perimeter offices. The open floor plan and centered café area on the main level strengthen the bank's goal of creating a personal banking experience. The second level of the structure is designated for banking operations and future growth.
Through the utilization of stone, brick, glass, metal panels, and perimeter sun shading devices, the Springfield First Community Bank provides a fresh and tasteful image indicative of the colors and materials found in the greater Springfield/Ozarks area—creating a timeless theme unique to its own branding. The bank's main entry has a tower element that serves as its visual icon and anchors the building to its surroundings. Making a conscious effort to provide a green structure, the bank's systems are energy efficient and great effort has been made to reuse and integrate previous demolition material that was salvaged.
