When The Signature Bank purchased a vacant office building at the intersection of Battlefield and Ingram Mill Road, the building was architecturally devoid of significant appeal and presence. H Design was commissioned to transform this existing 15,800 sq. ft. structure into a full branch banking operation center that would also serve as the gateway to the Deerfield Office Park in Southeast Springfield.
Through means of utilizing concrete banding, adding tower elements, and incorporating extended planter walls and new openings within this structure, the “branding” image of The Signature Bank was successfully represented and reinforced. Additionally, more than one entry façade was created, allowing ease in access without straining the existing conditions of
