Being the first of four facilities designed from the ground up, the Sunshine location was the original building that established the basis and guidelines for preceding Signature Bank branches. The 5,300 sq. ft. branch facility embraces a clear architectural vocabulary to provide a unique and identifiable brand image. The simple plan organization translates in three dimensions to a distinct and formal architectural expression conveying strength, balance, and security. While this branch clearly is smaller in size to others, its distinction and sensibility to siting creates a positive and visible landmark on a heavily trafficked route.
As one is drawn into this structure its vaulted ceilings, defined by exposed timber arches with expansive clerestory windows, creates an open and inviting atmosphere that is sensible to the scale of the employees and general public.
