The Kansas Expressway location serves as the anchor and main headquarters to what was formally known as The Signature Bank. This 12,800 sq. ft. facility hosts three levels in which the hierarchy of public and private spaces is thoughtfully separated by levels of sequence.
Staying consistent with the Bank’s methodology of business practice, the main level is organized in a manner that is open and inviting to the Bank’s clientele. The organization, of having perimeter offices with open center spaces, allows for unimpeded interaction between staff and client.
The exterior of the building incorporates the use of deep overhangs, masonry construction, stone banding, and simple shapes—reminiscent of the “prairie” style of architecture.
